Caroline is a psychotherapist, and the owner of Encanta Counselling and Wellness. She practices from a culturally sensitive, intersectional feminist, and trauma-informed perspective. In her sessions, she strives for clients to feel seen, celebrated, and accepted. Every client is different and so are their sessions! Caroline will work with you to determine what is working, what isn’t, and what you can discover together. Caroline is sex and kink positive, supportive of ethical non-monogamy, spiritually open, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming.

Christina is a RSW with over 20 years of lived and professional experience. She is a compassionate therapist who brings a personalized and dynamic treatment approach to your unique needs. Christina has previously worked at the London Regional Cancer Program and as a Midwife, bringing a unique perspective to any situation. As a queer and neurodivergent individual, she is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental and affirming place for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and families.

I believe in the innate wisdom within each of us – that you know where change is needed. My goal is to support you and help you life a more meaningful life of joy. I brings my past work as a Midwife into therapy, having extensive experience with parenting, pregnancy, prenatal and post-partum.
